Senior Systems Integration Engineer
VSORA is a Paris-based semiconductor company developing high-performance AI inference processors designed to address the growing computational demands of next-generation artificial intelligence applications.
As we expand our presence in the United States, we are establishing a new engineering design center in Silicon Valley to strengthen our system-level development capabilities and work closely with customers and technology partners.
We are looking for a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to become one of the foundational members of our US engineering team.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building VSORA's Silicon Valley presence while working at the intersection of advanced silicon, hardware platforms, and AI software infrastructure.
As a Senior Systems Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for bringing complex hardware and software platforms from initial bring-up through integration, validation, and deployment.
You will work across multiple layers of the technology stack, including silicon, boards, firmware, device drivers, operating systems and AI acceleration softwarz.
Working closely with our engineering teams in France, you will also serve as a key technical interface with US-based customers and ecosystem partners.

Key responsibilities
System integration
* Participate to the system-level bring-up, integration, debugging and validation of AI accelerator platforms ;
* Integrate hardware and software components, including boards, firmware, drivers and system software ;
* Diagnose and resolve complex cross-layer issues involving hardware, firmware, operating systems and software ;
* Support the integration of VSORA accelerators into servers and data-center environments.
Debugging and customer engagement
* Collaborate with silicon design, hardware, firmware and software engineering teams to identify root causes ;
* Contribute to performance optimization and system readiness for customer deployment.
Required qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline ;
* 7 + years of relevant experience in systems engineering, hardware/software integration, platform engineering or a related field ;
* Proven hands-on experience bringing complex hardware / software systems from initial bring-up to production or customer deployment ;
* Strong understanding of computer system architecture and hardware / software interactions ;
* Familiarity with PCIe, high-speed interfaces and server or accelerator platforms ;
* Proficiency in C/C++ and scripting languages such as Python.
Preferred qualifications
* Experience with AI accelerators, GPUs, NPUs or other specialized computing architectures ;
* Experience with semiconductor companies or processor development ;
* Familiarity with server architecture and data-center infrastructure ;
* Experience with performance profiling, benchmarking and system optimization ;
* Previous experience in a startup or rapidly growing technology company.
